President Park Min-woo Unveils Autonomous Driving Strategy

Park Min-woo, President of Hyundai Motor and Kia's AVP Division, unveiled future autonomous driving strategies on the 9th at the '2026 CEO Investor Day' held at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul.

Park outlined a 'last-mile' delivery service concept linking purpose-built vehicles (PBVs) with robots.

Hyundai Motor will deploy Boston Dynamics' humanoid robot 'Atlas' at its Georgia production facility in 2028, and Kia will do the same in the latter half of 2029, to demonstrate autonomous driving-related technologies.
