Ukraine Recaptures Russian-Occupied Territory Using Robot Forces, Zelenskyy Announces

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Ukraine has recaptured Russian-occupied territory for the first time, deploying only robot units not directly manned by personnel. This marks a real-world application of the latest unmanned combat robot technology and is the first instance in this war of enemy-occupied territory being liberated using only unmanned platforms.

President Zelenskyy declared, "The future is on the battlefield, and Ukraine is creating it." The operation was conducted using drones and Grid-based Robotic Systems (GRS) platforms.

Ukraine's Ministry of Defense shared a video showing how robot dogs can assist soldiers.
