Noryangjin's Racelace Xi in District 6 Sells Out Amid 27:1 Competition Ratio

'Racelace Xi de Fine', located in District 6 of Noryangjin New Town in Dongjak-gu, Seoul, has achieved a sell-out for all housing types during the first-priority subscription period, recording a high average competition ratio of 26.91 to 1. A total of 4,843 applicants vied for the 180 units offered in the general supply, demonstrating strong buyer interest. The competition ratio for the 59㎡ units exceeded 40 to 1, while the 84㎡ units saw a ratio of 19 to 1, and the 106㎡ units recorded 6.14 to 1.

The complex offers access to subway lines 1, 7, and 9. The average sale price for the 59㎡ units was approximately 2.09 billion Korean won, and for the 84㎡ units, it was about 2.46 billion Korean won.

Following the successful subscription of 'Racelace Xi de Fine', further property launches are expected in other districts of Noryangjin New Town, including 'Otiere Dongjak' in District 1.
