Korbit Accelerates AI-First Organizational Transformation

Korbit, South Korea's first virtual asset exchange, officially announced its transition to an 'AI First' organization on April 17, prioritizing artificial intelligence (AI) in all company operations and service development.

Korbit is introducing major generative AI services, including Claude and Gemini, to all employees, with CTO Lee Jung-woo personally leading the development and operation of an internal AI work platform to drive organizational transformation. The proprietary AI work platform, based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology, integrates internal documents, databases, and work systems, enabling non-developer roles to query internal data and generate charts using natural language. This platform aims to build a work environment where AI understands and utilizes organizational context by accumulating collective knowledge and context.

Furthermore, the company is expanding AI application beyond development into overall operations, including its use in compliance report generation and fraud detection systems (FDS), as well as incorporating AI-powered news and content creation features.
