Trump suggests possibility of attacking Iranian infrastructure

Former President Donald Trump on Thursday (local time) suggested he could destroy key Iranian infrastructure, such as bridges and power plants, if a nuclear deal with Iran is not reached.

The former president reaffirmed his stance that Iran must not be allowed to possess nuclear weapons.

He pointed out that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' claim of blocking the Strait of Hormuz is countered by existing U.S. sanctions, which are already costing Iran $500 million a day in lost maritime trade.
