SK Hynix Unveils Plan for Growth with Partners in the AI Era

SK Hynix has announced specific measures to secure sustainable competitiveness with its partners, adapting to the changes of the artificial intelligence (AI) era. The plan focuses on enhancing the competitiveness not only of SK Hynix but also of its partners amidst market shifts driven by AI technological advancements.

SK Hynix held the '2026 Regular Meeting of the Co-Growth Council' on the 20th at the Grand Walkerhill Seoul in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. The meeting was attended by SK Hynix CEO Kwak Noh-jung, key management, and representatives from 89 member companies of the Co-Growth Council. The Co-Growth Council, established in 2011, is a consultative body created by SK Hynix to strengthen the semiconductor supply chain competitiveness with its partners.

During the meeting, the 2025 business performance and the 2026 business plan were reported and approved. Kang Yu-jong, Vice President at SK Hynix and chairman of the Co-Growth Council's advisory board, emphasized that a strong cooperative relationship with member companies is a competitive advantage for maintaining a stable supply chain. The results of the committee meetings held for materials, parts, equipment, and infrastructure were also shared.

To boost the business competitiveness of partner companies, the council's operational method has been improved to allow partners to propose discussion topics. SK Hynix will strengthen its win-win cooperation programs, including in-depth training and customized support for partner employees.

SK Hynix CEO Kwak Noh-jung stated that the company will enhance cooperation based on mutual trust to ensure that member companies maintain sustainable competitiveness in the global market, even in the AI era.
