Sejong Superintendent Election: Preliminary Candidate Lim Jeon-soo Ranks First in Suitability Poll
A poll conducted ahead of the Sejong Superintendent election on June 3rd has ranked preliminary candidate Lim Jeon-soo first in suitability. According to the survey results commissioned by News Home from Wincykorea Consulting, conducted from April 22nd to 23rd among 810 men and women aged 18 and over residing in Sejong City, Lim Jeon-soo secured 23.9% of the support, placing him in the lead.
Following Lim, former principal Kang Mi-ae recorded 13.6% suitability, and former president Won Sung-soo garnered 11.7%. Former director Ahn Kwang-sik followed with 8.8%, research fellow Kim In-yeop with 5.9%, and former senior teacher Jung Il-hwa with 3.9%.
In this survey, the proportion of respondents who said they had no preferred candidate or were unsure was 29.8%. This is a decrease compared to the 55.3% recorded in a TJB-commissioned survey from April 18th-19th.
