Meta has introduced new technology that tracks employees' computer usage patterns, including clicks, keystrokes, and screen habits, to train its artificial intelligence (AI) systems.
This technology utilizes employees' daily computer usage data for AI model training, with Meta stating the goal is to enable AI agents to function like actual humans.
