Free Webinar on AI Era Security Strategies Set for May 21

A free online briefing (webinar) discussing how companies can strengthen security and secure competitiveness in an era of accelerating AI technological advancement will be held on May 21. This webinar will be conducted in conjunction with the 'AWS Summit Seoul 2026' event and will help companies establish practical security strategies through new development methods utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and case studies of technology application.

Jason Bennett, Vice President of AWS Global Startup, introduced AI-DLC innovation through the AI-based development tool 'Kiro'. Using Amazon Q, an enterprise-grade agentic application, 3M reduced the time required to prepare sales reviews from 5 hours to just a few minutes.

Bennett identified legacy system modernization as a key challenge for the AI era and announced 'AWS Transform', an agentic AI-based modernization service. This service automates various code and runtime conversions, including those for mainframes and VMware environments. Nolluniverse modernized 1.5 million lines of legacy code in 10 hours through AWS Transform Custom, increasing development productivity threefold and reducing costs by 50% during the project period.

AWS unveiled a new operating model supporting operational automation and security vulnerability checks with the official release of DevOps Agents and Security Agents. 'Amazon S3 Files' and 'Amazon S3 Tables', evolution products for the object storage service's data platform, were also introduced. Remember & Company reduced its data synchronization cycle from daily to 10-minute intervals by building an S3 Table-based real-time CDC data lake.

Bennett stated that AWS removes the barrier between imagination and reality, supporting builders to continue inventing and developing.
