AI agents are being fully integrated into corporate operations, completing product analyses that once took 10 hours in mere minutes and detecting hacking attempts originating from India. While business-focused AI agents were limited to assisting developers with coding or helping non-developers with information retrieval until last year, major domestic corporations are now building customized AI agents for specific roles to handle specialized tasks.

Hyundai Motor's AI agent, 'AIMI', has demonstrated the ability to reduce tasks requiring over 10 hours to tens of minutes by leveraging LLMs and VLMs for competitor automotive product analysis, and it is also contributing to marketing efforts.

Samsung Electronics' Mobile eXperience (MX) division's specialized AI security agent monitors 250,000 IT service access records daily, detecting an India-originated hacking attempt in August last year and generating a report on the same day.

LG Electronics is utilizing a sales management AI agent for training customer service representatives, while Amorepacific is enhancing operational efficiency by entrusting the initial review of SNS influencer advertising contracts to AI.

These advancements are accompanied by corporate considerations regarding the operational authority and accountability of AI agents.
