NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang Discusses Strengthening Business Partnerships with Korean Business Leaders
NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang is visiting South Korea again, approximately seven months after his last trip.
The visit is reportedly to discuss business cooperation strategies with major Korean companies. Huang is expected to arrive in Seoul after completing his schedule at an information and communication technology (ICT) exhibition in Taiwan. During his stay, he is slated to meet with LG Group Chairman Koo Gwang-mo and executives from Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Motor Group. There is also a possibility of meetings with major IT firms like Naver.
SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won, a semiconductor partner of NVIDIA, is rumored to potentially meet with Huang in Taiwan prior to his South Korean visit. Huang is scheduled to deliver a keynote speech at the COMPUTEX exhibition.
During his visit to Korea in October last year, Huang announced plans to supply 260,000 NVIDIA Graphics Processing Units (GPUs).
