BNB Chain Completely Eliminates Fee Barriers

Global mainnet BNB Chain has eliminated network fees, the biggest obstacle to cryptocurrency payments. In collaboration with stablecoin issuers, it introduced a 'zero-gas transfer' service that removes fees.

When using virtual assets for remittances or payments, users have previously faced the inconvenience of having to separately hold the network's native coin as a fee, in addition to the asset being sent. This has been cited as a chronic problem hindering mainstream adoption.

This service, which enables fee-free transfers of stablecoins pegged to fiat currency, poses a direct threat to existing fintech and bank payment markets.
