Hyundai E&C to Recruit Technical Trainees for H2 2026…Operating 9 Programs

Hyundai E&C is recruiting technical trainees for the second half of 2026. This recruitment is characterized by its focus on nurturing key technical talent who can be immediately deployed to construction sites to meet the changing global construction market. The move is expected to contribute to enhancing industrial competitiveness by supplying practical talent to lead the digital transformation of the construction sector.

This recruitment is conducted through the education program 'THE FIELD: Practical Employment Track' and operates a total of 9 courses. The recruitment schedule varies by course. Applications for three courses—Plant Electrical & Instrumentation Practice, Occupational Safety & Health Management, and Construction Project Management—will be accepted from July 13 to August 31. The remaining six courses, including Smart City, Smart Plant, Smart Safety, Electrical Facility Installation Practice, BIM Construction Management, and Construction Process Management, will be recruited sequentially between August and October.

The training period is approximately five months for each course, and the curriculum has been strengthened to include digital technology training such as generative AI-based image creation, work automation, BIM, and data-based process management. Applicants eligible for the National Tomorrow Learning Card (K-Digital Training) will receive training incentives and tuition support upon selection.
