Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Science and ICT Bae Kyung-hoon introduced a total of USD 950 billion (approx. KRW 1.375 quadrillion) in AI cooperation achievements during a dinner with corporate Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) held on the 24th (local time) as part of the 'Global AI Summit' in San Francisco, USA. Global companies discussed concrete AI semiconductor and infrastructure projects through their collaboration with South Korea, and this cooperative achievement served as an opportunity to further elevate the status of South Korea's AI industry.

During the event, Deputy Prime Minister Bae lightened the mood by offering to pay for the meal, to which Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang humorously responded by offering to cover the dinner costs for all attendees, naturally facilitating networking among the guests.
