A national survey by Embrain Public, Kstat Research, Korea Research, and Hankook Research, released on the 13th, found that 56% of the public believe the current government's real estate policies are being handled 'poorly'. Only 34% responded that policies are being handled 'well', a figure similar to results from two weeks prior.

Specifically, among those who own two or more homes, the negative response rate regarding the government's real estate policies reached 67%.

Regarding the 'August 3rd' real estate tax reform, which includes strengthening property taxes on high-value homes, opinions were divided, with 46% in favor and 41% against, a difference within the margin of error.
