Nanjicheon Water Playground on the Han River Packed with Summer Crowds
The water playground at Nanji Hangang Park in Seoul, where citizens have flocked to escape the sweltering heat, is packed with visitors. Thanks to the wide-open scenery where the river stretches out beyond the water’s surface, people of all ages and genders enjoyed the water play. Many citizens were seen at the site riding large inner tubes.
Visitors tired from the water activities took breaks under parasols and on sunbeds. Some visitors were also seen taking photos with the Han River as a backdrop.
The Nanji Water Playground operates until 10 p.m., serving as a place to cool off during tropical nights. Drinking and smoking are prohibited at the Han River Swimming Pool.
