President Lee Jae-myung Unveils Three Key Social Policies on Housing, Jobs, and Finance for Ordinary Citizens

President Lee Jae-myung announced on the 29th at a Cabinet meeting at the Blue House that the government will pursue 'three key social policies' in the areas of housing, jobs, and finance for ordinary citizens.

At the same meeting, President Lee directed that available resources be concentrated on measures such as the housing stability plan to supply 1.19 million homes, the national jobs program, and the expansion of inclusive finance, and urged all ministries to spare no effort in swift implementation.

"Fortunately, this year's tax revenue is projected to increase substantially from initial expectations," President Lee said. Describing the surplus tax revenue as "the fruit of growth and recovery achieved through the efforts of all our people," he added, "We will actively use it as a catalyst for tangible improvements in people's lives and for easing polarization."
