The RealMeter survey showed a positive rating of 37.4% and a negative rating of 59.8%, with negative views leading positive ones by 22.4 percentage points.

Presidential Job Performance Ratings

Positive assessments of the president's job performance came in at 37.4%, while negative assessments stood at 59.8%. Non-responses, including "don't know," accounted for 2.8%.

Party Support Ratings

In party support ratings, the Democratic Party of Korea posted the highest figure at 42.5%, followed by the People Power Party at 38.4%. The 4.1-percentage-point gap between the two parties remains within double the margin of error (±2 points), keeping the race close. The Rebuilding Korea Party recorded 5.2%, the Reform Party 1.5%, and the Progressive Party 1.3%.

Comparison with Previous Survey

The positive job performance rating fell 0.5 percentage points to 37.4% from 37.9% in the previous survey (September 28, 2026). The negative rating dropped 0.3 percentage points from 60.1% to 59.8%, marking a decline for the third consecutive week and down 3.6 points from 63.4% in the September 21 survey. The positive rating rose 2.6 percentage points over the same period, from 34.8%.

In party support, the Democratic Party of Korea surged 3.8 percentage points from 38.7% in the previous survey to 42.5%, while the People Power Party slipped 1 point from 39.4% to 38.4%. Compared with the September 21 survey, the Democratic Party rose 2.3 points from 40.2%, and the People Power Party edged down 0.1 point from 38.5%.

The Rebuilding Korea Party climbed 1.2 percentage points from 4% to 5.2%. The Reform Party fell 1.4 points from 2.9% to 1.5%, and the Progressive Party slipped 0.1 point from 1.4% to 1.3%.
