The National Assembly will hold government audits on the 22nd targeting the Gwangju Metropolitan Police Agency, the Prosecutors' Office, and the Financial Services Commission, among others, which handled the 'Jang Yoon-ji case.'

During the Public Administration and Security Committee's audit of the Gwangju and South Jeolla Provincial Police Agencies, lawmakers are expected to scrutinize the thoroughness of the police investigation, given that the police failed to uncover sexual assault allegations at the referral stage, with rape and murder charges applied only through the prosecution's supplementary investigation. At the Legislation and Judiciary Committee's audit of the Prosecutors' Office, disputes over the prosecution's power to request supplementary investigations are likely to continue.

At the government audits of the Financial Services Commission and Financial Supervisory Service before the Strategy and Finance Committee, the ruling and opposition parties are expected to clash over allegations of Cheong Wa Dae's interference in the process of introducing single-asset leveraged ETFs and responsibility for investor losses. The National Policy Committee will review the government's Future Response Fund.

At the Science, ICT, Broadcasting and Communications Committee, the issue of disqualifying Rep. Lee Jin-sook of the People Power Party and Rep. Han Joon-ho of the Democratic Party from the audit will be addressed.
