Netherlands Investigates Possible Iranian Involvement in Synagogue Arson Case

Dutch authorities are investigating Iran's potential involvement in an arson attack on a Rotterdam synagogue. In a parliamentary report on the 17th, Dutch Justice Minister David van Weel announced the confirmation of circumstances indicating the recruitment of four teenage suspects in connection with the incident, which occurred on the 13th.

Van Weel explained that the possibility of Iranian involvement is being investigated to identify the perpetrators.

Recent incidents targeting Jewish facilities in Europe have been reported in succession. These include an explosion near a synagogue in Liege, Belgium, on March 9th, as well as arson and explosion incidents at a Jewish school and an office building in Amsterdam.
