IBK Industrial Bank Launches 40-Member Team to Fund Innovative Companies

IBK Industrial Bank launched operations of its 'Dedicated Productive Finance Review Team' on the 17th to support the innovative growth of SMEs in future advanced industries such as semiconductors, secondary batteries, bio, and artificial intelligence (AI). The team was newly established to respond quickly and help innovative companies secure necessary funds in a timely manner.

The dedicated review team is comprised of 40 professional personnel, including specialized loan reviewers, certified public accountants, and analysts. The structure is designed to enhance the speed and efficiency of fund supply by deploying these experts to the review process.

IBK Industrial Bank is implementing a system to complete reviews within three business days and will reflect the consulting results of specialized technical evaluation committees in the reviews. Additionally, it will operate a 'Headquarters Re-examination Process' to re-evaluate loan applications rejected or delayed at the review center.

An official from IBK Industrial Bank stated that through the operation of this dedicated review team, they aim to support the revitalization of productive finance and establish a foundation for corporate expansion by providing swift funding to technically competent SMEs.
