Siheung City Opens Applications for 390 Permanent Rental Housing Units

This is significant news for Siheung City residents seeking housing stability. Siheung City, in collaboration with the Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH), is opening applications for 390 units of permanent rental housing, providing long-term residency at affordable costs.

The recruitment covers 200 units at Mokgam Complex 7, 80 units at Mokgam Complex 13, and 110 units at Janghyeon Complex 19. These include standard units and specialized housing for vulnerable residents, with exclusive floor areas ranging from 21 to 26 square meters.

To be eligible, applicants must be household members who do not own property, reside in Siheung City as of the announcement date (April 9), and meet the general qualifications for permanent rental housing.
