SK Hynix Launches Recruitment Drive for AI Chip Production Staff

As demand for AI semiconductors has exploded, SK Hynix has begun recruiting new personnel to expand its production capacity. Consequently, the company has posted recruitment notices for 'Maintenance and Operator' roles and is accelerating efforts to secure talent.

This recruitment drive includes positions for Maintenance (Maint) professionals responsible for semiconductor manufacturing equipment upkeep and line operation, as well as Operator roles focused on quality testing and defect analysis. The hiring targets high school or junior college graduates who can start in July or August, with work locations including SK Hynix's Icheon campus in Gyeonggi Province, Yongin, and Cheongju campus in Chungbuk.

Earlier this year, SK Hynix revamped its existing career recruitment brand 'Monthly Hynix Talent' to 'Monthly Highway,' expanding its rolling recruitment system to include not only office workers but also full-time production staff. The company was recently ranked first in a survey by Saramin as the 'Most Desired Large Corporation to Join'.
