Kolon Benit Accelerates AI and Data Business Expansion with Cloudera

Kolon Benit is stepping up its efforts to strengthen technological competitiveness by fully expanding its Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data business in collaboration with data technology company Cloudera.

Kolon Benit recently participated in the 'Cloudera Partner Day 2026' event, revealing specific plans by sharing its future business strategies and enhanced cooperation measures. This event brought together major domestic partners to discuss AI and data business strategies and collaboration methods. At the event, Cloudera presented 'AI Anywhere, Cloud Anywhere, Data Anywhere' as its core vision, emphasizing data governance and AI utilization based on security in hybrid environments spanning public clouds, data centers, and edge computing.

Through this event, Kolon Benit plans to further strengthen its strategic partnership with Cloudera, discover new partners, and expand joint business ventures. Specifically, it aims to expand customized data strategies and AI utilization services, leveraging its accumulated experience in building data platforms within the financial and manufacturing sectors.

Kolon Benit, as Cloudera's authorized distributor in Korea, has been recognized for its expertise in providing data and AI infrastructure construction, consulting, and development services. Building on these achievements, the company received the 'Asia Pacific Partner of the Year' award last year. It has particularly focused on building Cloudera Iceberg-based data platforms in the manufacturing and financial sectors, implementing infrastructure capable of data integration and AI analysis.

At the event, Kolon Benit Senior Executive Kang Sang-gyu introduced a case study that utilized Cloudera Trino to integrate and query distributed data without movement, resolving data silos and accelerating analysis speeds. Furthermore, Managing Director Jeong Sang-seop stated that the data and AI capabilities accumulated through Cloudera's business are recognized globally, and vowed to advance customized data strategies and AI utilization services centered around Cloudera AI in the future.
