Girl Group Member's Brother Faces Arrest Warrant for Alleged Sexual Assault

Mr. A, the older brother of a famous girl group member, is under police investigation for allegedly sexually assaulting a female internet streamer. On the 17th, the Seoul Gangnam Police Station applied for an arrest warrant for Mr. A.

Mr. A is reported to have met with the victim after purchasing a 'dinner date voucher' from them two days prior to the alleged offense. In response, the victim filed a complaint with the police against an unidentified person for charges including threats using recorded images under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes. Police are currently tracing the sender of the threatening message.
