Girl Group Member's Brother Denied Arrest Warrant Over Assault Allegations

Older brother A of a famous girl group member, who was arrested on charges of sexually assaulting a female internet streamer, has had his arrest warrant application rejected by the prosecution, citing insufficient evidence to support the charges, it was reported on the 18th. A was arrested as a suspect caught in the act on the evening of the 14th after allegedly taking the victim, a female BJ, to his home and attempting inappropriate physical contact after drinking together at a restaurant in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
