Flights to Limit Power Banks to Two Per Passenger

Starting the 20th of next month, the number of power banks allowed on aircraft will be limited to a maximum of two. Charging electronic devices with power banks or charging the power banks themselves while on board will also be prohibited.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced that the revised enforcement decree of the Aviation Safety Act will take effect on the 20th. This measure is aimed at preventing safety accidents on aircraft.
