AI Designs 10 Jindo Specialty Desserts in Ten Days

Artificial intelligence (AI) has completed the design and market analysis for 10 unique desserts utilizing Jindo's local specialties in just ten days, yielding the nation's first such result. The AI designed dessert concepts, market competitiveness, and packaging ideas that capture Jindo's characteristics and stories, shortening a typical development period of about six months to ten days.

This achievement comes as Jindo County accelerates the development of new food products by combining local specialties with cutting-edge technology amidst the recent popularity and sell-out trends in the dessert market. The desserts developed this time use representative Jindo agricultural products such as black rice, wolfberry, and turmeric as main ingredients, highlighting the local character.

Jindo County plans to commercialize three of these products first and utilize them as return gifts for the Hometown Love Donation system.
