Pyongyang Drone Allegations: First Trial Concludes Today
The first trial concerning the 'Pyongyang drone allegations' involving former President Yoon Suk Yeol and former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun will hold its closing arguments on the 24th at the Seoul Central District Court.
The trial is related to accusations that they ordered an operation to deploy drones to Pyongyang in October 2024 with the aim of militarily provoking North Korea and creating grounds for declaring martial law.
The closing arguments will include the prosecution's indictment from the special prosecutor's team for rebellion, followed by the final defense statements and closing remarks from the legal teams of former President Yoon and former Minister Kim.
