Samsung SDS Briteworks Selected as Official Government Collaboration Tool

Samsung SDS's generative AI collaboration solution 'Briteworks' has been adopted as an official government collaboration tool. Briteworks, which Samsung SDS, the main contractor for the 'Intelligent Work Management Platform (OnAI)' project led by the Ministry of Interior and Safety, had been pilot-providing to major ministries since November last year, has been officially adopted after user evaluation and is scheduled to launch on April 30.

Briteworks offers features such as mobile-based real-time reporting and approvals, video conferencing participation, and AI-powered meeting minute summarization. It is currently being used by about 70 central government ministries and committees to manage administrative knowledge.

Samsung SDS has established an enhanced security system, including segregated operation of internet networks, administrative networks, and public networks. The Briteworks solution obtained the highest-grade security certification from the National Intelligence Service in March.
