Democratic Party's Yeosu Mayoral Candidate Seo Young-hak Pledges Personnel Operation Reforms

Seo Young-hak, the Democratic Party's candidate for Yeosu Mayor, has unveiled a plan to change the personnel operation methods within the public service sector to 'strengthen stability and accountability.' The intention behind this proposal is to clarify who can work more efficiently and fairly when assigned specific tasks, and who should be held responsible for the outcomes. Candidate Seo announced this plan with the aim of reducing administrative gaps and delays in handling citizen grievances, thereby improving the administrative services experienced by residents. On the 1st, he stated, "I will ensure that citizen complaints do not remain unaddressed due to personnel changes," adding, "We will make necessary personnel appointments at the right time, while boldly reducing unnecessary transfers."
