People Power Party Leader Jang Dong-hyeok criticized Democratic Party of Korea leader Lee Jae-myung's response to real estate policies during a party supreme council meeting on the 11th, asserting that the upcoming elections would be about ending "Lee Jae-myung's real estate hell." Jang pointed out that Lee only commented that the government's review of a grace period for the owner-occupancy obligation for housing was "allowing a gap investment," but failed to address market instability factors raised by the media, such as inventory freeze, disappearance of Jeonse (lump-sum deposit) rentals, and soaring monthly rents.

Furthermore, Jang continued his offensive by demanding clear answers from the Democratic Party's Seoul mayoral candidate regarding Lee Jae-myung's real estate policies, including the abolition of heavy capital gains tax and the increase of property tax.

Regarding the attack on an HMM cargo ship in the Strait of Hormuz, Jang Dong-hyeok criticized the government's announcement that the attacker was an "unidentified flying object," pointing out Lee Jae-myung's silence on the matter. The government announced the incident was caused by a strike from an unidentified flying object, and Iran's state TV reported that a Korean ship was targeted. Jang mentioned the Iranian state TV report and criticized the government for announcing it as an "unidentified flying object" despite confirming CCTV footage, and for omitting the word "Iran" from the announcement.
