Chuncheon Corporate Innovation Park Project: Developer Asserts 'Proceeding as Planned'

Biotech Inno Valley, the developer of the Chuncheon Corporate Innovation Park project in Gangwon Province, announced on the 17th that the project is proceeding as planned. This statement comes amid recent uncertainties raised about the project's progress.

In a press release issued on the same day, Biotech Inno Valley emphasized that Doozon BizOn's plans for project participation and investment remain unchanged, even after the change in management rights. It added that these matters have already been confirmed through public disclosures by the listed company.

The company explained that Doozon BizOn decided last year, through a board resolution, to invest in the Corporate Innovation Park and participate in the establishment of the project operator. It noted that there have been no changes to the existing investment commitments or Doozon BizOn's status in the project participation, even after the announcement of the management rights change.
