HMM's ultra-large container ship 'Namoo Ho' has arrived at a shipyard in Dubai for inspection and repair work. The vessel is scheduled to be repaired at Drydocks World Dubai, a major shipyard in the Middle East specialized in facilities for large ship repair and maintenance.

The HMM Namoo Ho arrived at a shipyard capable of repairs about 20 days after it was hit in the Strait of Hormuz on May 4.

The government announced the findings of its investigation, which indicate that the aircraft that struck the vessel was likely an Iranian-made 'Noor' series anti-ship missile. The government plans to summon the Iranian ambassador to South Korea to explain the findings and demand a commitment to prevent recurrence and an apology. This follows the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' announcement on May 10 confirming that an unidentified aircraft had struck the ship's stern.
