Jo Guk Innovation Party Criticizes Democratic Party-Centric Operation of Unified City Council

The Jo Guk Innovation Party's Gwangju chapter criticized on the 12th that the preparation for the launch of the Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City Council is being carried out with a single-party monopoly centered around the Democratic Party.

The Jo Guk Innovation Party's Gwangju chapter demanded the formation of a joint steering committee that includes council members from other parties, urging the immediate conversion of the closed-door launch committee, comprised solely of Democratic Party members, into a joint steering committee.

The Jo Guk Innovation Party's stance was that if a council is to be launched in the name of integration, it must be operated in an integrated manner.
