Korea Technology Finance Corporation Hires 117 AI and Data Experts

The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KODIT) is publicly hiring 117 new employees, including AI and data specialists. KODIT announced its 2026 new employee recruitment plan with the goal of securing excellent talent to implement technology finance and innovative growth support policies. This recruitment scale is the largest since the company's founding, following last year's significant hires.

Through newly introduced 'AI/Data Sector' and 'STEM Convergence Sector,' KODIT aims to enhance its capabilities to respond to digital transformation and industrial environment changes, and to strengthen support for future growth industries. The company is also expanding recruitment of doctoral-level researchers in fields such as mechanical/materials engineering, information and communication, textile/chemical engineering, AI/data, and management/economics (finance), as well as professionals with certifications like Certified Public Accountant and lawyer.

The recruitment process will be conducted using a completely blind evaluation based on the Korean National Competency Standards (NCS), emphasizing job competency to enhance fairness and transparency. Unnecessary elements such as academic background, region of origin, and family relationships will be excluded, with evaluations focusing solely on job-related capabilities. Social equity hiring practices will also be implemented, including preferential treatment for individuals with disabilities and local talent from previous regions, as well as separate recruitment categories for national merit recipients.

The recruitment process consists of four stages: document screening, written examination, and two rounds of interviews. Applications will be accepted online until 4 PM on June 30th. The written examination is scheduled for August 1st, with final successful candidates to be announced in early November.

Amidst a general trend of reduced public sector hiring, KODIT is simultaneously pursuing youth job creation and the acquisition of specialized personnel.
