Florida Man Indicted for Alleged Plot to Commit Mass Shooting Targeting Jewish People

A 27-year-old man in Florida has been indicted for allegedly planning a mass shooting targeting Jewish employees.

Prosecutors claim Pemberton attempted to gain internal access by applying to volunteer at AIPAC, intending to carry out a deadly attack.

He left his home on December 22, 2024, with two rifles and a pistol. He arrived at a building he believed was the AIPAC headquarters, but the building was empty.
