Netanyahu Dismisses Reports of Discord with Trump
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu strongly denied rumors of problems in his relationship with U.S. President Donald Trump, emphasizing that the two countries share a common strategic goal of preventing Iran from developing nuclear weapons.
The Prime Minister's office explained through an interview that the two leaders are on the same page regarding 99% of issues, reaffirming Israel's commitment during Netanyahu's tenure to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.
Netanyahu also referred to President Trump as the best friend and greatest friend the White House has ever produced. The two leaders reportedly met in December of last year.
