PM Han Checks 3rd Generation New City Construction... Urges Smooth Progress on Housing Supply, Infrastructure

Prime Minister Han Duck-soo visited the site of the 3rd generation new city in the Goyang-Changneung district of Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, on the 9th, urging that housing supply and infrastructure installation proceed without setbacks.

After being briefed by officials on major supply policies and the current status, PM Han stated that "prompt supply is essential for stabilizing the metropolitan real estate market" and directed officials to strive to ensure homes are supplied on time.

Furthermore, PM Han emphasized the need to ensure that key infrastructure—including transportation, education, electricity, water and sewage, and district heating, which are directly tied to residents' living conditions—is implemented in line with the pace of housing supply.
