While the global stock market continues its tech-centric rally despite concerns over prolonged high U.S. interest rates, the representative growth-oriented 'AI Value Investment Portfolio' is at the center of this surge, reaping massive returns. As of July 11, 2026, amidst a buoyant domestic market where the KOSPI and KOSDAQ surged by 2.5% and 5.5% respectively, this portfolio recorded a cumulative return of approximately 60.9%, proving the solo rally of U.S. tech stocks. An initial investment of $10,000 has surpassed $16,000, demonstrating the results of astute selection.

Unstoppable Upward Trend Amidst High Volatility

The asset flow of this portfolio over the past 5 days was not merely a rise, but a process of valuation reassessment through bold rebalancing. Asset value, which was at the $15,200 level on July 6, surpassed the $16,000 milestone on July 10 after a few days of adjustment. While the S&P 500 and Nasdaq indices repeated small fluctuations and struggled to find direction during this period, this portfolio captured the upward momentum led by semiconductors and Big Tech and reflected it in the portfolio. In particular, despite the KOSPI 200 futures plunging (-7.9%) and market sentiment shaking sensitively as the volatility index (VIX) fell, this portfolio maintained a stable profit trend through thorough stock selection criteria.

The Essence of Valuation: Value of Holdings via PEG Indicators

The valuation of currently held stocks is proving its growth potential by overcoming market concerns. Nvidia, the 'core of AI semiconductors', is recording a PER (Price-to-Earnings Ratio) of 31.1x and a PEG of 0.63. While the current price level of $202.78 may seem high relative to EPS (Earnings Per Share) of $6.53, the PEG figure of less than 1 suggests that the stock is still undervalued relative to its growth rate.

Broadcom (AVGO) and Micron (MU) show even more impressive figures. Broadcom's PER of 66.6x may appear somewhat high, but with a PEG of 0.44, it proves overwhelming growth potential. Micron maintains an 'attractive valuation' level with a PER of 22.4x and a PEG of 0.14. Micron's EPS of $44.23 seems to herald the peak of the semiconductor cycle. On the other hand, AMD shows a PER of 172.5x and a PEG of 1.24, indicating that the current price level of $546.72 is leading market expectations, leaving future performance realization as a remaining challenge.

Ticker Qty Bought At Current Price PER
NVIDIA (NVDA) 25.76 $183.15 $202.78 31.1
AMD 7.17 $198.62 $546.72 172.5
Micron (MU) 0.25 $996.00 $991.64 22.4
Broadcom (AVGO) 5.67 $326.03 $401.11 66.6
Meta (META) 0.93 $653.56 $631.48 23.0
Amazon (AMZN) 1.95 $208.39 $247.04 31.6
SOXL 16.30 $61.36 $192.45 32.7
TQQQ 2.86 $76.34 $76.34 39.1

Aggressive Profit Realization and Flexible Response

Recent trading history reveals that this strategy focuses on active flow reading rather than simply 'holding'. On July 10, to capture the technical rise of the Nasdaq index, the portfolio made a fresh purchase of TQQQ (Nasdaq 100 3x Leverage). The purchase price at the time was $76.34, an aggressive move based on the judgment that the bullish trend led by large-cap tech stocks would continue.

Immediately after, throughout July 10, a portion of SOXL (Semiconductor 3x Leverage) was sold ($192.45) to realize profits. This is interpreted as a measure to manage volatility within the portfolio against a short-term surge in the semiconductor sector and to pocket some secured profits. Additionally, on July 3, portions of Meta and Amazon were sold using their upward trends to balance the portfolio. In particular, Micron (MU), purchased in early June, is a typical case of entering an overwhelmingly undervalued zone by focusing on the low PEG ratio.

Date Type Ticker Qty Price
2026-07-10 Buy TQQQ 2.86 $76.34
2026-07-10 Sell SOXL 0.86 $192.45
2026-07-03 Sell AMZN 0.10 $242.67
2026-07-03 Sell META 0.05 $582.90
2026-06-26 Buy NVIDIA (NVDA) 1.29 $195.74
2026-06-05 Buy Micron (MU) 0.25 $996.00

Market Outlook: Confidence in the Trend Trumps Fear of Highs

It is noteworthy that stock prices are rising without showing signs of weakness, even though the U.S. 10-year Treasury yield has risen slightly to 4.569%. This means the market values AI-related earnings growth more than interest rates. The fact that PEG indicators for key stocks like Nvidia and Broadcom remain low suggests that even if a price correction occurs in the future, the magnitude will be limited, and there is still room for further upside. However, managing intraday volatility is essential given the high proportion of leveraged ETFs.
