KOSPI Closes at 6358.95, Surging 101 Points
On August 4, the KOSPI index closed at 6358.95, up 101.50 points (1.62%) from the previous trading day. The KOSDAQ index closed at 780.72, up 43.37 points (5.88%) from the previous trading day.
The closing prices were displayed on a board at the Hana Bank headquarters dealing room in Jung-gu, Seoul, at the close of trading.
Both the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) and the KOSDAQ markets recorded a rebound trend, closing with an upward trend.
