PPP Leader Jang Dong-hyuk to Meet Prospective Residents of Changneung New City over Pre-subscription Issues

People Power Party (PPP) Leader Jang Dong-hyuk will visit the S4 construction site in Changneung New City, Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, on the 13th to hold a meeting with victims of the 'New Home' pre-subscription, accompanied by members of the party's Special Committee on Real Estate Policy Normalization.

'New Home' is a public housing project supplied by the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH). Prospective residents are raising objections, stating, "The move-in notice is part of the contract, and this is a unilateral change of heart," after loan support measures, such as preferential interest rates originally presented in the move-in notice during the pre-subscription period, disappeared ahead of the main subscription.
