Han Dong-hoon: 'If Kim Seung-won is appointed, Lee Jae-myung won't finish his term'
Independent lawmaker Han Dong-hoon claimed on SBS radio's 'Kim Tae-hyun's News Show' on the 16th that "if President Lee Jae-myung appoints Justice Minister nominee Kim Seung-won, he will not be able to finish his term."
Rep. Han pushed back, asking, "Can a regime that shamelessly appoints the 'brother's poison' lobbyist as head of the 'ministry of justice' last another three years?" emphasizing suspicions that the nominee solicited favors regarding a new drug clinical trial. He said that if the appointment goes ahead, "many people will take to the streets." When the host asked whether he himself would join them, he avoided giving a direct answer, saying, "We'll find out as time goes on."
He also claimed, "The real cabinet is not at the Prosecutors' Office but at Mr. Yang's home."
