Tour of Duty is a publicly broadcast music program that visits military bases across the country to perform for service members. It was the first Tour of Duty concert at the Yeonpyeong Marine unit since 2011.

The president added, "I hope the music and cheers that rang out at the base will remain a joyful memory for the service members." He said, "I will listen to the voice of each and every service member."
