Asylon and Thrive Logic have unveiled a corporate perimeter security system based on 'physical artificial intelligence'. Moving beyond traditional reactive security approaches that analyze footage after an incident, this new system features an active structure where robots continuously patrol, recognize their environment in real-time, and respond immediately.

The system operates by robots patrolling perimeter areas and transmitting video data to an AI platform. AI agents continuously analyze this data to detect anomalies and immediately notify relevant personnel. Automated response workflows are generated according to standard operating procedures. A key advantage of this system is its ability to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
