BTS Ranks as Foreigners' Most Favorite Korean Artist

Group BTS has been surveyed as the most preferred Korean artist among international fans. This result reconfirms K-pop's global popularity and influence.

According to the '2026 Overseas Hallyu Status Survey' report released on March 30 by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korean Foundation for International Cultural Exchange, BTS secured the top spot in the most preferred Korean artist category. BTS ranked first across all surveyed continents, including Asia/Pacific, the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The survey results showed Blackpink in second place, followed by IU in third.
