Suwon, Gunpo, Guri Redevelopment Projects Officially Launched

Redevelopment and reconstruction projects in three areas—Suwon, Gunpo, and Guri—will be actively pursued following the securing of consent rates and the confirmation of project methods.

Suwon Station Area 1st District has secured a 70% consent rate for the proposed amendment to its district unit plan.

The reconstruction project for Gunpo Sanbon New Town 9-2 has commenced with the finalization of a collaborative approach between the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) and local residents.

Guri City's Sutaek A District has garnered a 65% consent rate for its urban complex development project, signaling the official start of its promotion.
