Musk kept his promise by personally responding to the questions a 15-year-old fan, who is terminally ill, wanted to ask him during her lifetime via his social media X (formerly Twitter). The story came to light when the fan's mother shared the list of questions her daughter left behind. The mother delivered a notebook containing eight questions her daughter desperately wanted to ask Musk before she died to conservative commentator Glenn Beck, who then posted the story on X last Thursday.

Elon Musk responded directly to all the questions via X on Glenn Beck's post. Musk revealed plans to expand Tesla Diners and stated his intention to add new games to Tesla updates. He shared his favorite anime is 'Your Name.' and that he has visited Japan 'many times.' He also answered a question about whether 'Asteroid,' the zero-gravity Shiba Inu indicator he designed for SpaceX's Polaris Dawn mission, could become SpaceX's official mascot.

The post garnered approximately 2 million views and tens of thousands of likes on social media. Upon seeing Musk's response, Perrotto's mother said, 'I wish my daughter could have been here to see this moment.' She had desperately hoped for her daughter to meet Musk during her lifetime, but it never happened. Musk's answers to the girl's final questions conveyed a message honoring her dreams.
