Can You Vote Using Mobile ID in Local Elections?

Voters can confirm their identity using mobile identification without needing a physical ID card in local elections. Voting is permitted by presenting the screen from official apps like Government24 or PASS.

Taking photos outside the polling station is allowed. However, photographing ballots inside the polling station is prohibited and may result in punishment if caught.

On election day, employees can request time off from their employers to vote, and employers who refuse this will be subject to fines.

Children in elementary school or younger are allowed to accompany voters to the polling station, but only preschool-aged children can accompany them into the voting booth.

Voters who are in line before the polling station closes will receive a number and the station will remain open until everyone has finished voting.
