95% of Office Workers Use AI for Tasks, Favor Practical Training

A survey found that 94.9% of office workers utilize artificial intelligence (AI) in their jobs, with the biggest concern being a 'lack of reliability in AI-generated results'. The primary challenge faced by workers using AI was the 'lack of result reliability,' stemming from concerns that AI-generated information or analysis might not always be accurate or contextually appropriate.

Among workers using AI, 'practical AI training for immediate use' was the most preferred option, chosen by 65%, while 20% desired 'AI performance case studies.' These workers sought not just to acquire AI tool functionalities but to learn specific methodologies for integrating AI into real work problems and achieving tangible outcomes.
